Little Things That Can Help

Small changes can make everyday life with dementia feel a little easier.

You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes it’s the little things — changing the way we ask a question, offering a familiar activity, making the environment calmer, or simply slowing down — that can make a big difference.
Here you’ll find some of the simple things I’ve learned over the years that may help you, your mum or dad, or someone you care for.
